Kept

Try Kept is open. Tap the button, review what Messages opens, add START if your device omitted it, then hit Send. Kept creates the account only after START arrives from your phone.

SMS-first follow-through

The thing you meant to do, kept in one text thread.

Text one commitment and when. Kept proposes the time, then uses 1, DONE, LATER, or SKIP to move the same record forward. No dashboard, no open-ended chat.

Try Kept

Opens Messages with START drafted when your device supports it. You still review the text and tap Send.

Example thread One commitment, kept in view Illustrative copy. This public page does not send the thread.
  1. You

Email the signed apartment renewal paperwork to the property manager Friday at 4pm.

  2. Kept

Email the signed apartment renewal paperwork to the property manager. Friday, 4:00 PM. Reply 1 to set it, or text the fix.

  3. You

    1

  4. Kept

Set. I'll text you Friday at 4:00 PM. STOP any time.

  5. Kept

Email the signed apartment renewal paperwork to the property manager. It's 4:00 PM. Reply DONE, LATER, or SKIP.

The whole loop fits in four words.

You do not need to learn a planner or keep another app open. The reply tells the same record what happens next.

1
Confirm the title and absolute time Kept proposed.
DONE
Close the commitment as done.
LATER
Move the nudge by an hour, or include a different duration.
SKIP
Close the commitment without marking it done. No penalty.

A record, not a general chatbot.

Kept uses fixed rules. A proposed commitment waits for 1. A nudge waits for DONE, LATER, or SKIP. The same reply makes the same state change each time.

Proposed

Kept echoes the title and absolute time.

Reply 1

The commitment becomes active and the nudge is scheduled.

DONE

The commitment closes as done.

LATER

The commitment stays active with a new due time.

SKIP

The commitment closes as skipped.

Small on purpose.

The useful part is a reliable text loop. The page should not make the service sound broader or more available than it is.

Not emergency or crisis support

Do not use Kept for urgent safety, medical, legal, or crisis support. In the US, call or text 988 for crisis support, or call 911 for an emergency.

A backup must agree first

A backup receives an invitation and must reply YES before any went-quiet message. That message does not include the commitment title.

STOP ends texts

Reply STOP to end messages. The privacy notice explains retention, export, and deletion for the pilot.

Your sent text is the boundary

Opening Messages changes nothing. The active account is created only after Kept receives START from your phone.

One tap, then Send.

Try Kept opens your messaging app to (786) 919-7845 with START filled in when the device supports it. Review the draft, tap Send, and your text creates your active account.

Read the pilot terms and privacy draft before sending.
